LETTER DISPLAY This is a fun simple craft to do at home with your child. You can keep it in your room as a nice decoration. Now to get started on making it. For this craft you will need four pieces of cardboard. Two of them should be the letter that you want. for this craft i am using the example of H. After you've cut out these letters, you will need to cut out the sides of them if you want it to be 3-D. But don't glue just yet. Use paint or spray paint to color the letter parts. If wanted, you can use some glue to stick on glitter!!! Now glue on all the pieces. Once you did that you have a finished room decor!

arts for kids below 5

5 year olds can't do complicated art projects. But that doesn't mean they can't enjoy the world of art. Here are some projects to get them started on.

ABSTRACT ART For this you will need a piece of paper and 3-4 paint tubes or cups. What you will need to do is take the piece of paper and then fold it in half. Then pour in the paint colors to only ONE half. After that just close the piece of paper in half again. when you open it up a beautiful abstract looking design would come up! made by a 3 year old!

ZIPLOCK BAG ART For this you will need a big ziplock bag and 3 colors of paint. You can put the 3 different colors into the ziplock bag and then tape it onto a table. Then let your child or children run there fingers through the paint without getting it on their hands! After they are finished, you can either throw it away or cut one half of the bag and press it against a piece of paper.

CAKEPOPS For making this treat, you will need a baked cake, candy melts of frosting, and decorations if wanted like sprinkles. Put the baked cake into a pan and crumble it up. Then put one spoon of frosting into it and mix. After that, roll it into a ball and put it in the fridge. while it's cooling, you can melt the candy melts or get your frosting ready. After it has cooled, you can take a stick and push it into the ball. Holding the stick, dip the cake ball part into the candy melts of the frosting and decorate. then you have a yummy snack to take to school!

Mix them well. Then add milk. Stir.Pour them into the cups in the wrappers. silicon wrappers work nice. Then put into the oven for a certain amount of time. While the cupcakes are baking, we will make the frosting. Take a bowl and add in the powdered sugar and milk. You want to mix it until it's thin and nice. if you want, be the first taste tester! after the cupcakes are baked, poke them with a toothpick to make sure that they have baked well. If the batter sticks a lot, then leave it in the oven for somemore time. If not, then leave them out to cool. If you want, color the frosting. Put it into a ziplock bag and cut a little hole at the corner end. Then frost the smelly goodness onto the cupcakes. Add some sprinkles and finishing touches. And your done!
